I love photographing the babies of couples whose weddings we’ve photographed. Henry is one of those babies… it will be so fun to photograph him as he grows. He has such awesome parents, he’s bound to grow up to be a pretty cool little guy. He’s definitely off to a great start!
I photographed Kat around the Stone Arch Bridge area… it was a fun way to kick off the senior photography season. What a gorgeous day (and an amazing spring!).

Lisa and Chris were married along the North Shore at the Grand Superior Lodge in Two Harbors, MN. What a beautiful location! These guys were all smiles (even though it was a little on the chilly side!). One funny story worth mentioning: We gave Chris a pair of hand-warmers (the kind you use while hunting) while we were photographing them next to the lake. During the ceremony, we noticed him shifting around a bit. Turns out, he forgot to take the warmers out of his pockets, and they were reaching maximum temperature right around the time he was saying his vows! Ouch. He handled it well (it could be that his day-job as a firefighter helped him maintain his composure. ha ha.)
