Kevin James at the Mall of America

I was recently able to photograph Kevin James at the Mall of America while he was promoting his new movie “Paul Blart, Mall Cop.” It was pretty entertaining. He rode a Segway down the red carpet with a bunch of “real” mall cops and the Timberwolves mascot Crunch, then was interviewed by Minnesota Timberwolves player Ryan Gomes. One thing that really caught my attention was not only were they promoting the movie, but he was able to meet and be photographed with a number of kids from the non-profit organization HopeKids. They’re a fantastic organization! Check them out: http://www.hopekids.org/.

Madilynn Paige

Yesterday I went to Becca’s home to photograph Madi for her 9 month baby photos. It’s been so amazing seeing her change from the newborn I photographed 9 months ago to the beautiful (and sweetly sassy) little thing she is today. Madi, you are lovely and charming. We’re so lucky to be your photographers… we can’t wait to see what you’ll grow to become!

Lick Hau and Felicia

What a great time! Saturday we met Felicia and Lick Hau at Rice Park in St. Paul, photographed until we couldn’t feel our fingers, then dipped into the Landmark Center where we snuck a few shots in the staircase while we warmed up. These guys were troopers, let me tell you! You’d never tell by the photos that it was as cold as it was… Lick Hau and Felicia, we had so much fun and were honored to be able to photograph you. Hope you enjoy these teasers!

We hope this will be a way to make an easier connection with you all, as well as let you know a little more about us. We’d also love to get to know you better, so please feel free to leave a comment! We’d love to hear from you.

For our first official blog post, we thought we would share a few of our favorite photos of our family from this past year. As we look back at 2008 and look ahead to our 2009 season we are thankful for all of you who make this amazing dream a reality. We love what we do!
